In the six years that I have taught nutrition, I have become increasingly aware of the need for nutrition counseling to be in tune with emotional needs. Counseling without nutrition is limited, and nutrition without an awareness of the emotional state of the client is also very narrow. The Center skillfully blends the two to meet the needs of the whole person. The many clients who have been guided in their healing are a testimony to the strength of The Center's programs.
